Copyrights and Intellectual Property
Except as otherwise noted, all information, documentation and other content displaying the name and/or image of AICO Office Systems and or any of its product brand names and their respective image is the property of Amini Innovation, Corp. (AOS). Without limiting the foregoing, the graphics, icons and overall appearance of the AOS logo are the property of AICO.

Use of AICO Property
The posting of Information does not constitute a waiver of any of AICO's proprietary rights in or related to such Information (such as, but not limited to, patents, copyrights and trademarks) or a transfer of any such rights to you or any third party. The Information is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, both as individual works and as a collection. You agree not to delete any copyright or similar notice from any Information. You may not sell or republish, or copy Information or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of AICO Office Systems.

Use of AICO's Corporate Logo and Other Marks.
AOS/AICO names, logos, designs, slogans, trademarks and service marks may not be used in any advertising, publicity or promotion or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of AOS.  AICO's corporate logo may NOT be used as a web page link.

Copyright Infringement
AOS/AICO respects the intellectual property of others and we expect others to do the same.

AOS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke permission to use its logos and/or other AOS marks, names and symbols that AOS believes in its sole judgment may infringe on the intellectual property rights of AICO (Amini Innovation, Corpopration).

Website Policy
The content of Amini.com and AOSAICO.com contains intellectual property that is protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Links and frames displaying the AICO or AOS web site are not allowed.

AOS/AICO reserves the right to request the removal of the link may at any time upon our request pursuant to our reserved rights to rescind our consent to allow the link. AOS may amend its Linking Policy at any time.

Internet Policy
AOS will sell to conventional (brick and mortar) furniture retailers only.

AOS does not and will not engage in a business relationship with an Internet company, which exclusively sells products/does business/distributes merchandise via web site only.

The profile of the brick and mortar furniture retailer is a retail facility that feature, display and present contract     furnishing products and complete groups or sets of furniture products in a consumer friendly manner.

NOTE: Having a file cabinet, a chair, a picture of product etc. with a price sign on it does not constitute nor qualify a business as a brick and mortar or conventional furniture retailer.

AOS endorses conventional brick and mortar furniture retailers that have a web site which augments its primary business. A request in writing to:

AOS must precede any intent and or implementation of websites that display AOS products, services, pictures, sketches, graphics, illustrations, or logos, etc. in their stores or on a web site. AOS firmly requests that no pricing be included when referencing any AOS product, or service on a website.

If a conventional furniture retailer should sell AOS products due to a customer’s exposure to a web site page in a trading area not in geographic proximity to the retailer facility, AOS will ship these legitimate orders to the retailer’s receiving address only. AOS will not trans-ship merchandise to any other business locations or to any consumers home under any circumstances.

AOS reserves the right to change and amend this Internet Policy at any time.
